Formerly serving as a Professor and Unit Chief at Sri Ramachandra University, Dr. N. Nanda Kumar currently holds the esteemed position of Senior Consultant in Oral Maxillo-Facial Surgery and heads the Department of Maxillo-Facial and Implantology and Dental Services at Fortis Malar Hospital in Chennai, a division of Fortis Healthcare.

His accolades extend globally, earning Diplomat and Fellow status from the International Congress of Oral Implantology, USA. Proficient in various implant systems, including Noble Bio-Care, Adin, Zimmer, Implant Direct, Neo Bio Tech, MIS, and Straumann, his expertise remains unparalleled.

Certified in the Management of Geriatric Patients through Zygomatic Implants by Noble Bio-Care, Dr. N. Nanda Kumar contributes significantly as a National Faculty for India in AOCMF, a segment of the AO Foundation for Training Surgeons in Oral & Maxillo-Facial Surgery. His editorial contributions include serving as a reviewer on the Editorial Board of Indian Journals of Oral & Maxillo-Facial Surgery.

Dedicated to humanitarian efforts, he actively participates in Rotary International’s project Dhanvanthiri, extending care through various programs. A visiting scholar in Craniofacial Surgery at Chang Gung Memorial Hospital in Taiwan, he upholds high standards, completing a “Basic Life Support” provider course from Sri Ramchandra Medical College.
